Who we are
Blueacqua SA was founded by a successful management team which is committed to providing the highest quality
natural mineral water to the South African and international consumer and business markets. The key to Blue Acqua's
success is the naturally refreshing and invigorating purity and unique mineral composition and subsequent taste of the
water located at our bottling source on the farm Vlakplaats located near the Cradle of Humankind.

What we do
Blueacqua bottles and distributes what we believe to
be the finest-tasting and purest natural mineral water
in the world. A series of tests and technical results
show what we have always known - that Blue Acqua's
pure mineral water naturally tastes sweeter, is more
refreshing and contains the best mineral composition
of any available commercially bottled water.

Our location
Our water source and bottling plant is located in
the Magalies Mountain Conservancy Area on the
southern escarpment of one of the oldest mountain
ranges on earth, the Magalies Mountain Range in the
NorthWest Province of South Africa.

Our subterranean natural water source shares the same catchment area with groundwater from the
Cradle of Humankind World Heritage Site which is located a short distance from the farm. The Cradle
of Humankind includes the site of the Sterkfontein caves where many of the world's oldest and most
important paleoanthropological discoveries have been made, including the discovery of "Mrs Ples".

While the full extent of Sterkfontein's ancient labyrinth of interconnected caverns and tranquil, crystal-clear waters
is unknown, some local African peoples still regard one subterranean lake with awe - believing the water has miracle
medicinal properties and is a cure-all for a variety of ailments.
