TSS - Transaction Switching Systems

One of the products from the VPS Product suite is called the Transaction Switching System (TSS).
TSS gives the client the ability to provide various value added services to their clients. These include batch and on demand pin based transactions, pin-less transactions, pre-paid electricity and ticketing.

The platform has been designed with a set of core components and multiple plug-in adaptors. These adapters allow us to communicate with a Postilion server, hardware terminal devices, XML Web Service compliant applications, USSD platforms as well as other client applications. These adapters can communicate using a variety of protocols including TCP/IP, HTTPS over TCP/IP and SMPP. The system can seamlessly process or switch between both virtual pin-based and pin-less recharge requests.The system also contains a full auditable management console which enables a user to track virtual vouchers in the system with full transparency as well as to monitor stock levels of virtual vouchers.

The management console also has a full reporting structure and manageable security features.TSS functions with various client modules such as

It has a friendly interface, robust architecture and seamless integration. MPG converts unbanked customers to banked while lowering capital investment yet achieving maximum exposure – All Virtually!

MPG - Mobile Payment Gateway

MPG links the end user’s MSISDN (mobile phone number) to his or her bank account/s or a stand-alone virtual purse, and acts as a switch between the user’s mobile handset and the bank / financial institution.
MPG provides the end user with the following features:

1. Balance Enquiry	Balance enquiry allows the user to query the balance of his or her linked bank account(s) or virtual purse.
2. Funds Transfer	Funds transfer allows for funds to be transferred from the user’s linked bank account(s) or virtual purse to other MSISDN’s or bank accounts. Inter-account transfers can also be facilitated through MPG.
3. Payments	MPG offers the end user access to making payments to utility providers or merchants from their linked account(s) or virtual purse.
4. Value Added Services	In addition to the features described above, MPG provides the end user with access to a wide variety of value added products and services. These products and services include pre-paid airtime, electronic ticketing, mobile content and loyalty programmes. Additional products and services can easily be added to the bouquet through MPG’s fully pluggable architecture.

MPG can be accessed through the following channels:
• USSD (any GSM compatible handset)
• WAP (WAP enabled handsets only)
• Smart client (smart phones supporting Java / C++ / Windows Mobile applications)
• STK (SIM Application Toolkit)
